Experience Profile	Job Description 1) Responsible for set up the sales and technical organization in India 2) Understanding of the electronic business, experience in the electronic device or assembly business preferred 3) Build up business development strategy for next three years 4) Provide market intelligence report and competition analysis report of the region 5) Understanding the technology and market trend, contribute to new product R&D 6) Work out sales plan and generate sales leads, handle all the sales transaction and service issues 7) Communicate with engineering team for custom part design, draft design proposal and OEM service agreement Establish relationship with industry association or committee 9) Recruit and train up new staffs, daily administration of sales office Qualifications 1) University or Bachelors degree in EE or IT 2) 3 or 5 years direct sales experience in electronic industry 3) Self motivated, strong entrepreneurship 4) Excellent communication skill 5) Strong negotiation and deal closing skill
