Preliminary evaluation - First level telephonic interview are conducted with the short-listed candidates to assess their suitability for the position.

Intensive evaluation - We have empanelled experts in diverse industries, functional areas and technologies. Depending on your need, we can identify one or more subject matter experts to conduct technical evaluation of the candidates.
