Career change is a never ending process, employees feel like switching jobs due to various reasons but some land up in a wrong place. Everyone encounters good and bad things at office, few tough times are temporary but some are chronic and that is when people consider changing their career, a wise move. So, what are the signs to know you are in the wrong career and how to make a right choice?
First and foremost sign is monetary benefits, people wanting to earn more money is natural but it cannot happen overnight and needs commitment. You have to work little hard to achieve it, say earning an advanced degree and this is applicable for all industries. It is a well-known fact that management jobs pay you more and hence pursuing MBA degree is truly rewarding. Switching jobs for a couple of thousands more would not help at all.

But before you make an impulsive decision of switching, first speak to your superiors and demonstrate your skills to prove it to them that you too deserve a promotion. Adding your qualifications can also aid you in this, there are companies that offer assistance to their employees in acquiring a degree or a certificate.
